Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and implementing the functional requirements of a business process into an application on a configuration basis, such as creating fields, email notifications, calculation formulas, data imports/feeds, dashboards/reports, workflows, managing access rights, etc.
  • Collecting and implementing the functional requirements of a business process into an application on a development basis such as managing integrations to other systems etc.
  • Designing, installing and configuring an enterprise level application in Windows environments,
  • Implementing and troubleshooting the non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, sizing, integrations etc.) of an application on a settings configuration basis
  • Providing customer support by solving issues and handling requests related to system and development

We are looking for a Process Consultant in Finland for delivering GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) solutions to customers in the EMEA region with the given details below:
